PRIVACY POLICY
Cancellation/Reschedule/No Show
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment more than 48 hours before your appointment.
If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, you will be automatically charged 50% of your treatment cost.
If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be automatically charged 100% of your treatment cost.
The Spa Room reserves the right to reschedule or cancel your appointment at any point up to your appointment time slot.
Lateness
Please arrive on time for your appointment to respect the time of your therapist/practitioner. A grace period of 15 minutes will be allowed however, if you arrive later than 15 minutes then you will forfeit your appointment slot and will be charged the full cost of your treatment.
Deposits
Deposits come off the total cost of your treatment and are non-refundable.
Refunds
Services received are non-refundable. Every effort will be made to rectify any service that you are unhappy with.
Right to Refuse Service
The Spa Room Limited reserves the right to refuse a service if the business owner or employee deems it necessary in order to protect themselves and/or the business.
Privacy and Personal Details
Your private and personal information is required by The Spa Room Limited in order to effectively communicate appointment details, reminders, marketing and general business updates. Your private health information may also be required as part of consultations and treatment plans to ensure effective treatment. Only the business owner and relevant employees have access to your private and personal information such as booking history, address, credit card details and/or health history, and is never sold or disclosed to any persons outside of the organisation.
Patch Tests
A patch test is required a minimum of 48 hours prior to some treatments to ensure no allergic reaction takes place after a treatment. Please arrange a patch test where necessary. A £10 deposit is required at your patch test appointment.
Guests/Children/Pets
As the salon is quite small and there are many hazards, additional guests, pets or children under the age of 16 are not allowed in the treatment room for insurance purposes.
